Grounded & Grateful

When everything hit back in Spring with the pandemic, I moved all of my clients and group classes online via Zoom. Since, however, the majority of my clients have moved back into the studio for in-person private sessions. I then stopped offering my online group classes to recalibrate and re-focus. And inspiration has landed.

Over the past several months, I've been hit with waves of deep love and gratitude. Amidst the tumult of the times, it actually felt a little strange when everything seemed okay. One of my teachers, Hareesh Wallis, uses the phrase, "Everything is okay and couldn't be more okay." That's an interesting concept to connect with when very little looks okay on paper. However, these moments of light and okay-ness gave way to so much gratitude. And that clarity inspired me to put together a little offering to help us connect more freely with a sense of grounded wellbeing, and the recognition of that okay-ness. With this in mind and heart, I am so happy to announce a new 3 week online course, Grounded & Grateful.

The elements of this program are intentional, dynamic, personal, and flexible. With 4 different video practices each week, from 10-75 minutes in length, you can show up on your own time and customize it to fit your life and intentions. And the balance of content will be like a mini retreat experience that you can do in the comfort of your own home and with whatever your schedule might be.

I am also really excited about the new online portal for these practices. It will be like an online classroom with new content released each week. The set-up is very user friendly and works great on mobile devices and computers alike. Here's a little sneak peak of the layout. I just love the functionality.

So here's the plan.

4 new videos each week:

  • Meditation & Ritual (approx. 15 min)

  • 30 minute all-level movement practice

  • 10 minute all-level movement practice

  • LIVE 75 minute Saturday morning all-level yoga on Zoom (recorded for later use too)


  • Reflection and journal prompts

  • Playlists of music to use durning your practices

  • Interactive correspondence with Jillian each week to stay connected and motivated

  • 6 month access to revisit as often as you'd like

My vision and intention To stay connected with a grateful heart. To remember and come home to that sacred seat of love. To be full of joy and gratitude, without bypassing or placating the challenges of living in this time and space. It is so simple and so right there. We can do this together. We deserve this. And not in a selfish ego way. When we connect with the flow of life and love, there is more in the world. We embody and the charge gets stronger. As we attune, clear, and charge our energy fields with grounded loving awareness, it sends a shock wave along all the threads of our lives. And we are all connected. Each of us doing this work of honoring and embodying is a sacred gift and privilege that benefits not all our relations. So what do you say? Are you in for three weeks of sweet practice?
