Seasons bring change and these changes in our environment bring shifts and changes within ourselves. We balance these seasonal states through the practice of Ayurvedic Yoga, moving back into a state of physical, mental and spiritual harmony.

The ancient wisdom of the Vedas brings us knowledge of both Ayurveda and Yoga, two sides of the same coin. Ayurvedic Yoga combines the ancient healing science of Ayurveda with Yoga for a whole-faceted approach to balanced well-being

This workshop series focuses on balancing seasonal transitions with the practices of Ayurvedic Yoga and Dinacharya rituals for greater alignment, harmony and wellness within.

Sauna | Salt Room

We will begin this self-care ritual by scheduling either a 30-minute private sauna or salt room session (based on the season) in preparation for Sadhana. Either through the Ayurvedic practice of Swedana (sweating) to clear toxins or through the Ayurvedic cooling practice of meditation to steady the mind.

Ayurvedic Yoga Sadhana

An Ayurvedic Yoga practice tailored to the season to bring us into alignment for greater harmony with our physical, mental and spiritual self.

Dinacharya

Marma Savasana

An Ayurvedic Savasana practice with Marma (energy) point application to calm the energetic body.

This workshop is part of a seasonal series. Dates for upcoming classes with Tesha will be posted soon.
