Forrest Yoga Basics

3 Week Series




Through teaching intelligently sequenced postures, connection to deep breathing, and awareness to the feeling of energy moving through the body, we will learn the basic moves of Forrest Yoga. In doing so, we set the foundation for an intensely physical and internally focused yoga practice. All levels are welcome. You can expect class to be structured around longer holds, group and individualized guidance, and hands on assists.
