Gentlemen, let's do yoga! In this six week series we'll focus on foundational stretches and mobility exercises that will allow us to access greater flexibility and rotation of our joints. The pace will be chill, and this class is intended for beginners and/or guys who "can't" touch their toes.
Series starts Saturday, September 16 and continues every Saturday through October 21.

About Alex Massa
Alex received his 200-hour yoga teacher certification in May of 2020 from Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago, IL. He has been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years and enjoys introducing anyone interested to a practice that has become central his life and art.
