Show up for a deditated time to connect and align with your heart. Center, clear some space, and commit to the gift of your undivided attention.


This is perfectly suitable for a range of expereince, both beginners and regulars. We will start with yoga to decompress, clear, and support the flow of life in your body. Grab a cup of tea and move into guided reflection and meditative journalling. Then finish with about 15 minutes of silent mediation in the Salt Room.


This is an investment in you and the beautiful ways you're heart shows up (and longs to show up) in this world. These three weeks are a deep dive of connection and refelction and I am so looking forward to being with you.
