This 4-week series incorporates basic, yet profound, Pilates principles of core strength and breathing to help bring strength balance to the abs, back, shoulders and hips. Perfect for beginners and experienced alike to help connect with core support that we all need. This class is energizing and gentle workout followed by a yoga relaxation.
