Jillian Anawaty, owner of Vibrant Life Wellbeing, is a long-time wisdom seeker, yoga student, and wellbeing advocate. "I encourage fellow journeyers to connect with a spark that is vital and true within. Tapping into this current of love, bringing it into embodied experience, and inevitably radiating it back into the world. This is what the vibrant is all about." Jillian started yoga with her (now) husband in 2006 and has been working with groups and private clients for over 15 years. She's studied with a wide range of amazing teachers in many modalities and offers gratitude for the grace of all paths. Jillian learns from each person she holds space with and is deeply honored to share in this journey of health, healing, and life. She loves conversation, dancing, mysticism, plants, delicious food and sunshine. "It starts with a breath, a pose, a spark of recognition, connection in the center; a winding expanding path of discovery and experience. I honor each and every person who joins my sessions and shares their journey, and I look forward to being with you."

Tesha Holso-Dahlenburg, of Embodied Origins Yoga + Ayurveda, blends the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with yoga to encourage balanced wellness at all layers of the being. Modern scientific research tells us what the ancient yogins already knew: yoga has the ability to be transformative; physically, emotionally, cognitively. With a belief that yoga has therapeutic benefits for all, Tesha's initial yoga studies were completed through Integrative Yoga Therapy, a comprehensive yoga methodology integrating the Kosha system for yoga-based wellness. She went on to complete an additional 300 hour studies as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, combining Ayurveda, the ancient healing science, and yoga for a whole-faceted approach to balanced well-being.  "Yoga was the lens that allowed me to shift perspectives and live a life of well-being, and it is from this space where I share the practice with others. Always a student, traversing life through practice and intention."
