With a new year, there is a lot of energy around change, resolutions, plans, etc. This year, I invite you to carve out time to focus on the positive qualities and process of intention, vision, growth, and beginning. And here's the kicker: without shame or berating pressures for progress and transformation. Let's show up together to open and step into the sweetness of transition with clarity, love, and inspiration.

This retreat is a curated experience for opening, centering, and love at the threshold of beginnings and change.

Join us for an all-inclusive weekend of connection, reflection and renewal in Rapid City. Stay at a beautiful West Blvd house (or at your own home), and ground yourself at the lovely Vibrant Life Salt Room and Sauna just down the street. Recenter in your peace and power with hope, joy, and focus for the new year.

Move, breathe and be together - women with varied lives and experiences. This will be a small group (8-10 women).

When you register for the retreat, you get to choose your accommodations from private king and queen rooms to a simple twin shared room. Since we're right in town, there are also a couple of non-overnight tickets available for those who just want to sleep in their own bed at home. :) If you and another woman want to share a room, one of you would register for a queen room and the other would register for a non-lodging ticket and then just let me know you're together.

About us:

Jillian Anawaty will be leading the majority the weekend events with yoga, meditation and very intentionally held space. She is the owner of Vibrant Life Wellbeing in Rapid City and has worked for the last 12+ years offering private therapeutic yoga sessions and hundreds of group yoga classes varying from the light and playful to deep reflective journeys. She is deeply honored and thrilled to be sharing this weekend and experience with you.

Johannah Leightenheimer

I have been an active member of a local women's group since 2017. The group focuses on the practices of sitting in circle and deep listening. Sitting with other women and being both witnessed and bearing witness have worked powerful changes in my life. Most notably, the practice of sitting in circle has helped me to cultivate and strengthen my voice in the world, and I have deep gratitude for the women in our community who have taught me how to facilitate the practice. I am honored to be able to share the power of circle with other women, and I look forward to connecting with each of you soon.
