Are you ready for a sweet retreat and some beautifully grounding you time? Join Jillian and Johannah at the beautifully restored Moccasin Springs for a day of connection, reflection and healing.

Your day will start with tea and a grounding gentle yoga sequence. Move, breathe and be together - women with varied lives and experiences. This will be a small group (12 women) and a powerful day. In addition to profound slow yoga movement, show up for an intentionally held women’s circle, chakra work, time for writing and reflection, meditation, a nourishing lunch, and of course the delicious healing water soaks at Moccasin Springs.
Options to add on to your retreat experience:
+Stay in Hot Springs. I recommend finding accommodations with Blue Bird Mesa or The Flat Iron on AirBnB for the weekend.
+Stay for dinner. Buffalo Dreamer is easily one of the best restaurants in South Dakota. They open at 5pm Wed-Sun. Plan ahead and make dinner reservations (605-745-6100). You won’t want to miss this beautiful treat.
+Add more yoga. Sign up for the Moccasin Springs regular Saturday morning yoga class this week before the official start of our retreat. Consider coming early and join in for the 8:15 yoga class.
+Add a massage. Moccasin Springs also offers massage services. Give them a call (605-745-7625) of you'd like to schedule a massage, too. Just don't make your appointment on the 5th between 9 and 5:30. ;)

Jillian Anawaty will be leading the majority the day's events with yoga, meditation and very intentionally held space. She is the owner of Vibrant Life Yoga & Pilates in Rapid City and has worked for the last 10 years offering private therapeutic yoga sessions and hundreds of group yoga classes varying from the light and playful to deep reflective journeys. She is deeply honored and thrilled to be sharing this day-long journey and experience with you.
Johannah Leightenheimer will be holding the afternoon Circle. She loves yoga, meditation, writing, and gathering with women. She believes in the power of Circle to create sacred space for deep listening, heart-felt vulnerability, honest, expansive expression, and grounding support. By sitting together we get to collectively tap into an ancient and powerful way of being that feels like the most natural thing in the world. Join us as we open!
