A small group class that bridges the gap between private lessons and large group classes. *Class size is currently limited to 6 participants*
Focus on your breath and presence; find your center. Basic, yet profound, Pilates principles of core strength and breathing to help bring balance to the abs, back, shoulders and hips. Includes some basic yoga movements, stretching, and restorative postures. End with a time for rest/meditation. Perfect for beginners and experienced alike to help connect with core support that we all need. This class is an energizing and gentle workout followed by yoga relaxation.
