A small group class that bridges the gap between private lessons and large group classes. *Class size is currently limited to 6 participants*
Focus on your breath and presence; find your center. Basic, yet profound, Pilates principles of core strength and breathing to help bring strength balance to the abs, back, shoulders and hips. Includes some basic yoga movements & stretching. End with a time for rest/meditation. Perfect for beginners and experienced alike to help connect with core support that we all need. This class is energizing and gentle workout followed by a yoga relaxation.
