Move, Breathe, and Reflect in Nature
Join us this summer for a peaceful 90-minute outdoor yoga and mindfulness practice in the beautiful setting of Mary Hall Park in Rapid City.
This series is designed to help you slow down, recenter, and reconnect with peace, joy, and a lighthearted presence through movement, mindfulness, and reflection in nature.
Each gathering includes:
• All Levels Yoga Movement
• Guided Mindfulness & Journaling
• Pocket Notebook to Keep
• Relaxing Community Park Setting
Beginners are warmly welcome and encouraged.
Approximately 60 minutes will be dedicated to mellow, feel-good yoga movement followed by a guided mindfulness and journaling practice.
Sliding Scale: $15–$25 (choose the option that feels supportive and accessible for you)
*In case of rain, we will meet in the park shelter.*
Carpooling and biking encouraged! Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket and/or chair, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.
