I am so excited to be offering group yoga classes again and cannot wait to see you!
I currently have 4 weeks of classes scheduled: Mondays at 9:15am and Fridays at 12:30pm. These are both mixed-level, gentle to moderate movement classes that focus intentionality, focused movement, reflection, meditation, integration...and even a little core work. :) These small group classes are intended to bridge the gap between private sessions and larger classes. Each person will receive personal feedback, support and hands-on assists from time to time.
Class size is very intentionally limited to 8 people, so registration and payment are required to reserve your spot. We also need a minimum of 3 people to sign up for the class to be held. Please watch your email for any class changes or cancellations.
