Namaste. I've been teaching yoga classes and working one on one with yoga and Pilates clients for over a decade. Recently, I've consolidated and focused my practice and offering for working more specifically with private clients by appointment. With thousands of hours leading classes and working with individuals, I have a keen eye and sense to observe movement patterns and energy in many types of bodies with varying conditions and abilities.
My approach is very individualized and therapeutic, whether you show up for a work-out or other healing.
My personal practice varies and includes a broad spectrum of tools and styles of movement, meditation and devotion. I enjoy a physical challenge and also the subtle layers that are revealed in stillness.
