January Happenings

Tis the season for self-reflection and care. Here are a few things we've got going on in January to support you and your practices. Please be in touch if you have any questions or would like more info about private sessions. With Love, Jillian

4-week Series w. guest teacher Cheri Isaacson, 10am Saturdays Jan 4, 11, 18, 25

Ease into your Saturday and unwind with a low and slow practice targeting a connection between mind and body. Yin is a quiet, gentle practice of fewer poses, held for longer periods of time than your regular asana class. Yin yoga targets connective tissue with attention to the energetic meridians and organs through strategic and thoughtful sequencing benefiting the physical, emotional, and energetic body.

4-Week 4:30pm w. Jillian, Thursdays Jan 6, 23, 30, Feb 6

This 4-week series incorporates basic, yet profound, Pilates principles of core strength and breathing to help bring balance to the back, shoulders and hips. Perfect for beginners and experienced alike to help connect with core support that we all need. This class is energizing and gentle workout followed by a yoga relaxation.

Mondays weekly, 9:15am

Join us for our regular Monday morning yoga practice. A mix-level yoga practice to flow slowly through a series of gentle to moderate movements with plenty of time for deep intentionality, reflection, challenge, and integration. This is a whole body and whole self practice.

-Events-

w. guest teacher Jessie Solon, Sunday, Jan 19 5:00-7:00pm

Come experience the healing power of breath to transform your life. Visionary Breathwork is a gentle, yet powerful application of conscious, connected breathing used as a method of activating the subconscious mind. This breathing process promotes altered states of consciousness that will illuminate limiting thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. When we breathe fully and consciously, we can heal our hearts, minds, and bodies, and open to the generous present moment. This guided process will support greater inner peace, enhanced creative expression, deeper connection, and increased self-awareness & purpose. Space is limited. Please register now to secure your spot.

w. Scottie Bruch Wednesday, Jan 22 5:30-6:45pm

Ground yourself with a low flow class designed to help you disconnect so you can reconnect. From this intention and energy based movement, we will slowly transition into the stillness and tranquility of an extended Yoga Nidra meditation in which you can fully unwind and release.

Kirtan: TBD

We're currently looking at dates and times for our next Kirtan gathering and would love to see you there! Please check back for more info. Om
